All How to Fish Story Bosses in Order

The main progression chain is Spider Crab → Giant Piranha → Pufferfish → Tuna and Albatross → Bowhead Whale and Mutated Bowhead Whale. Optional mini-bosses also exist; do not confuse them with the quest drop needed to unlock the next island.

What to do

  1. Lighthouse: Empty Beer Can summons Spider Crab. Return the meat for boat keys.
  2. Forest: complete the leech request, use Modified Leech on Giant Piranha, and return its Skeleton.
  3. Desert: exchange a valid endangered creature for Carrot, beat Pufferfish, and return its Fin.
  4. Rocks: catch Tuna with Professional Boss Lure. Preserve and place the dead Tuna to summon Albatross; hand in its Head.
  5. Volcano: give five fish to the Scientist for Fish Bucket, defeat Bowhead Whale, carry its body to the crater, then return the final boss Fin.
